Liquid chemical tanker. Done right.

This is specialty work, and it pays like it. Two lanes in: dry bulk pneumatic hauling plastic pellets with no endorsements required, or liquid chemical tanker in polished stainless for hazmat-endorsed drivers. Either way, dispatch treats you like a professional and the equipment gets kept up the way it should be.

Real Pay

$1,800 to $2,200 a week, with safety and referral bonuses on top.

OTR: out 12 days, home 2. Regional: out 70 hours, home for your 34 reset.

What It Takes

Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Hazmat and tanker endorsements for liquid lanes (dry bulk pneumatic needs none)
  • At least 2 years of driving experience, with tanker or liquid time a strong plus
  • A safety-first driving record that holds up to a hard look
